Refund Policy

1. Overview

Kynetico offers digital creator products and subscription memberships. Because our products are digital and are delivered instantly upon successful payment, refund eligibility is limited. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Creator Starter Kit (one-time purchase)

The Creator Starter Kit is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Because access is granted instantly and cannot be revoked in a way that removes the value already delivered, all Creator Starter Kit purchases are final and non-refundable.

We may make exceptions at our sole discretion if you can demonstrate a serious technical issue that prevented you from accessing your Blueprint and our team was unable to resolve it. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Creator+ subscription (monthly billing)

Creator+ is billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. When you cancel:

• You will not be charged for future billing periods.
• Your Creator+ benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for the current billing period once it has begun.

4. Cancellation process

To cancel your Creator+ subscription, contact our billing team at support@kynetico.net from the email address associated with your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you notice a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorize, contact support@kynetico.net within 30 days. We will investigate and issue a refund where a duplicate or unauthorized charge is confirmed.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
