1. Acceptance of Terms
The Kynetico website and services (the "Services") are owned and operated by KYNETICO LTD ("Kynetico", "we", "us", "our"), a limited company. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. User Accounts
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it if it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Payments
Payments for our products are processed by third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amount, including any taxes. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Digital Products (Creator Starter Kit)
The Creator Starter Kit is a digital product delivered immediately after successful payment. Access is granted to the purchasing account for personal, non-transferable use. Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are final and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Creator+ Subscription
Creator+ is a recurring monthly membership. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, designs, templates, downloadable resources, and code — is owned by Kynetico or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own creator business. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish Kynetico materials.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services in violation of any law; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights; (d) attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access; (e) upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Services.
8. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you submit, the accuracy of your creator profile and media kit information, and for your compliance with the terms of any brand collaboration you enter into through Kynetico or independently.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kynetico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or other harmful conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, intellectual property, limitation of liability) will survive.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
